WebARX is a web security company with a focus on open-source web application components, such as plugins, dependencies and libraries.

1) SaaS-based website security platform
2) Bug hunting platform for open-source dependencies.

Our mission is to secure the web by making security available and easy to use for all web professionals. 

The main responsibility of the support specialist is to help WebARX customers and improve our customer support processes to create and maintain quality relationships with our customers.

Some of the day to day tasks:

  • Providing support and solving customers’ technical issues.
  • Collecting product feedback from the customers.
  • Turn customers into loyal fans by showing them we really care.
  • Filtering out and forwarding inbound sales to the sales team.
  • Improving the existing support system to be able to provide a better experience to customers.
  • Following KPIs such as NPS and others that help us make better customer support decisions.

Requirements for the support specialist:

  • Deep personal motivation to make the web a safer place for everyone.
  • Good understanding of web security fundamentals.
  • Fluent English in both speaking and writing.
  • Understand what outstanding customer support looks like and be ready to go the extra mile.
  • Always be ready to put customers first, be passionate about helping others.
  • Advanced knowledge about WordPress.
  • Knowledge about other PHP based content management systems.
  • Capability to read, understand, and modify PHP/JavaSript.
  • Knowledge about Apache and Nginx servers (rewrite rules and the differences between them).

Would be helpful:

  • Previous experience working in a web hosting or web security company.
  • Previous experience with building websites on WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, Magento, or other CMSs.
  • Previous experience with removing malware from infected websites.
  • Previous experience working in a remote team.
  • Previous experience using Intercom.
